關於郵件 掛號問題
想問下關於掛號信如果有叫寄件人郵件正面（地址那面）寫上「不用派遞，收件人會親自到郵局取件」的...咁郵差係唔係就唔會派遞而係直接寄卡去信箱到因為我叫左人寄掛號信跟住去郵政個網度用個郵件編號check顯示以下字句:"郵件(RBXXXXXXXXX)曾於2010年2月18日派遞，但由...即係有無寫不用派遞,都係會上門派遞?定還是呢個方法只可以用係無掛號既信件上?
